Polifoninių ir homofoninių pjesių ciklas POLYHOMOPHONIA visose tonacijose. Nėra tai garsių J.S.Bacho, P.Hindemitho ar D.Šostakovičiaus polifoninių ciklų atkartojimas, tačiau su aliuzijomis į juos. Svarbų autoriui vertinimą Lietuvos radijo eteryje išsakė muzikologas Antanas Venckus (1934-1975), kurį čia galima pasiklausyti. Po Lietuvos kompozitorių sąjungoje įvykusios kūrinio perklausos autoriaus interpretacijoje 1972 metais niekas viešai pilno ciklo neatliko. Dabar numatyta šio darbo premjera Kaune, Nacionaliniame dramos teatre. Kūrinį ruošia pianistas Motiejus Bazaras.
The cycle of polyphonic and homophonic pieces POLYHOMOPHONIA in all keys. It is not a repetition of the famous polyphonic cycles of J.S. Bach, P. Hindemith or D. Shostakovich, but with allusions to them. An important assessment of the author was expressed on the air of Lithuanian Radio by musicologist Antanas Venckus (1934-1975), which can be listened to here. After the performance of the work in the author’s interpretation at the Lithuanian Composers’ Union in 1972, no one has publicly performed the full cycle. Now the premiere of this work is scheduled in Kaunas, at the National Drama Theatre. The work is being prepared by pianist Motiejus Bazaras.
